GUIDELINES

• A female California resident who is studying in the U.S. or Canada
• Candidate demonstrates excellence in character, and scholastic ability
• Participates in school and community activities
• Have financial need
• Be an undergraduate/graduate student in the fall of the academic year for which they are applying
• Be a citizen or legal permanent resident of the U.S. or Canada
• Applicant does not require P.E.O. chapter sponsorship
