Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority - Letitia Shelby Scholarship

Omega Upsilon Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated was chartered on December 10, 2017 as the 75th Chapter in the Far Western Region. We are a legacy of sisterhood and service implementing impactful programs which advance the mission of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. Specifically, as Omega Upsilon Omega, we prioritizes our focus towards leadership, public service, civic engagement, and scholarship. We have concentrated our efforts to benefit the underserved communities within Contra Costa County.

Omega Upsilon Omega Chapter is proud to announce the Letitia Shelby Scholarships to qualified applicants within Contra Costa County. There are six scholarships in the amount of $1,000 each, to be awarded for the upcoming 2025-2026 academic year. The scholarship descriptions provide specific information regarding eligibility and requirements.
Applicants may apply for multiple scholarships from Omega Upsilon Omega, however, eligible students will only be awarded one scholarship.
