Carla Zilbersmith Memorial Scholarship

The Carla Zilbersmith Memorial Scholarship has been established to honor the memory of Carla Zilbersmith, a singer, actress and comedian. Criteria: A full-time LMC student continuing at LMC in the Fall 2020 and Spring 2021 semesters, residing in East Contra Costa County, must show exceptional talent in the performing arts, possess excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrate ability in writing, acting or directing, demonstrate interest and dedication to the performing arts as an artistic expression, and a GPA of 3.0 or above. (Note: one letter of recommendation must be from a faculty member in the performing arts from any school or theatre company in or outside of the Contra Costa College District.))
